Valdepeñas Designation of Origin

The Valdepeñas Designation of Origin Interprofessional Association is the institution that protects and defends the wine-growing interests of the production area, and represents producers and processors – marketers to consumers, providing a stable framework through internal regulations that guarantee, control, and monitor the quality of its wines.

The objective is to guarantee and recognize a differentiated quality of grapes and their traceability throughout the winemaking process. In this way, we guarantee:

• Protect the authenticity of the cultivation process.
• Control the origin of the raw material.
• Monitor the manufacturing and bottling process.
